The website maintenance service offered serves to keep your existing website in working and optimised condition with the existing pages and features as present when the service agreement was undertaken. The maintenance service does not cater for the creation of new features or pages to your website. New features and pages can be undertaken, but will be quoted on and invoiced separately from the website maintenance agreement, or you can contact us for a customised website management package tailored to your specific needs.

Each package below is designed for both the size and the needs of your company. Only looking to maintain and perform small updates to your website? The Basic package may be the best fit for you. Alternatively, if you’re looking for not only maintenance but also continued improvement and search engine optimization for your website, the Enterprise package will be perfect.

WHAT IS WEBSITE MAINTENANCE

Website Maintenance includes the update and management of the system that powers your website. It can also include content updates in terms of text and image content updates, small layout changes, fixing problems on your website and can even include basic search engine optimization.

Please note that this service is a maintenance service of an existing website. It does not include support or requests for changes to the design or functionality of your current website. For design changes or functionality changes, you will be quoted separately on a case to case basis, usually at a minimum of R500 per hour, unless you require a total redesign of your website, in which case you will be quoted a once off fee for the redesign.
